The BZF series vacuum drying oven is widely used in research and application fields such as biochemistry, chemical pharmaceuticals, agricultural research, environmental protection, etc. It is used for powder drying, baking, and disinfection and sterilization of various glass containers. It is particularly suitable for fast and efficient drying of heat sensitive, easily decomposable, easily oxidizable substances and complex components.
The shell is made of cold-rolling steel with static spray plastics, the working chamber is made of stainless steel with arc angle design which is convenient to clean;
Microcomputer control system with temperature and time control and over-temperature alarm, LCD screen;
Door with double tempered bulletproof glass which is easy for observation;
The tightness of door can be adjusted by user, the whole shaped silicone seal strip ensures the high vacuum degree in working chamber;
Shelf heating, the heating unit is evenly distributed under the shelves, and the heating efficiency is increased;
Compared with the jacket heating type, the heat loss is greatly reduced;
In the case of a small amount of sample, part of the heating shelves can be turned on separately;
Temperature can be controlled and displayed independently for each heating shelf;
Power supply recovery function, data will not be lost when power failure and system halted;
Vacuum pump is optional.
